RealRelax PS-6000 Review: The Pick for Daily Back Pain Relief
· denis1410nm@gmail.com
Around £1,899 (US list price $2,049.99 — converted, check retailer for exact UK price and delivery cost) · SL-Track · Body Scan · Handrail Shortcut Controls
The PS-6000 sits a tier above the Favor series, and it shows in the details that matter for people using a chair every day rather than occasionally: a body-scanning SL-Track that auto-adjusts to height and shape immediately on power-on, a dedicated waist heater, and handrail-mounted shortcut buttons so you’re not hunting for a remote mid-recline.
What stands out
Robot-hand rollers offer up to 12 massage techniques along the full SL-Track path from neck to hip. Airbags cover the shoulders, arms, hips, thighs and calves, with five adjustable intensity levels, and the extending footrest accommodates a wide height range — RealRelax rates it for users from roughly 5’1″ to 6’5″ (155–198cm) and up to 400lbs (181kg), a broader range than most chairs at this price.
Eight preset automatic programs cover the common use cases (general relaxation, targeted back relief, a shorter session for midday use), and one-button zero gravity puts the whole chair into a weightless recline without manual adjustment.
Where it makes sense
If lower back pain is the primary reason you’re buying a massage chair rather than general relaxation, the combination of dedicated waist heat and deeper SL-Track roller travel makes the PS-6000 a stronger daily-use option than the entry-level Favor chairs.
Where it falls short
It’s a bigger, heavier chair — footprint and reclined length should be checked against your room before ordering, and stairs or narrow doorways can complicate delivery. As with other RealRelax models, confirm voltage and plug spec with the retailer for UK delivery.
