RealRelax Favor-03 ADV Review: The Sensible Entry Point
· denis1410nm@gmail.com
Around £799 (US list price $849.99 on sale, $1,799.99 RRP — converted, check retailer for exact UK price) · Dual-Core S-Track · Zero Gravity · Voice Control
The Favor-03 ADV is RealRelax’s case for not overspending on a first massage chair. It uses a dual-core S-Track — two independent roller sets working the neck and back separately rather than one continuous SL-Track — plus a compact frame that suits smaller UK living rooms better than the brand’s larger platinum-series chairs.
What stands out
Neck rollers adjust up and down by roughly 3 inches to suit different heights, and the chair covers the neck, shoulders, back, waist, arms, glutes, calves and feet with 20 airbags across three intensity levels. Six automatic modes (Relax, Sport, Neck, Waist, Stretch, Sleep) cover the common scenarios, one-touch zero gravity recline is included, and lumbar heat therapy runs at a constant, low temperature rather than a single burst.
RealRelax recommends it for users between roughly 5′ and 6′ (152–183cm) — worth checking against your own height before buying, since it’s a smaller frame than the Favor-05 or PS-6000.
Where it makes sense
First massage chair, smaller room, or a budget that tops out under £1,000: the Favor-03 ADV still gets a real S-Track mechanism and heat therapy rather than a stripped-down vibration-only chair at this price.
Where it falls short
The dual-core S-Track doesn’t cover the glutes and upper thighs as continuously as the SL-Track on the Favor-05 or PS-6000 — if lower-body coverage matters most to you, size up. It also runs at 90W/110V per the manufacturer spec sheet, so confirm UK voltage compatibility with the retailer before ordering.
